Hip Hop Fev3r – Content Submission Terms & Agreement 🎧

By submitting, tagging, messaging, or otherwise providing any content (including but not limited to music, videos, audio, visuals, or written material) to Hip Hop Fev3r (“we,” “us,” “our”), you (“you” or “the creator”) agree to the following terms:

1. Ownership & Legal Responsibility

By submitting content, you confirm that:

  • You are the rightful owner or have secured all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and distribute every element of the content (music, beats, samples, visuals, footage, etc.).
  • You take full legal responsibility for the content you submit and agree to indemnify and protect Hip Hop Fev3r from any legal claims or disputes arising from its use.
  • You confirm that your content does not infringe on any third-party copyrights or intellectual property.

2. Rights to Use & Monetize

By submitting your content to Hip Hop Fev3r, you:

  • Give us full permission to use, promote, and monetize your content across our platforms, including:
    • YouTube
    • Instagram
    • Facebook
    • TikTok
    • X (formerly Twitter)
    • Our official website
    • Any future social platforms or digital properties we adopt
  • Understand that this license is non-exclusive, royalty-free, and global, meaning we can use your content freely, but you still own it.
  • Waive any claims to royalties or payments unless separately agreed in writing.

3. Invite-Only Creator Monetization

We selectively partner with high-performing creators whose content demonstrates strong impact, engagement, and quality. These exclusive opportunities are:

  • By invitation only
  • Based on performance analytics, brand alignment, and consistency
  • Subject to a separate monetization agreement

Please note: Submitting content does not guarantee a paid partnership.

4. Data Privacy & Security

We respect your privacy. By submitting content, you can trust that:

  • Your personal information is safe and secure.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties.
  • Any information you provide is used only for communication, content management, or verification related to Hip Hop Fev3r.
  • We take reasonable and up-to-date security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.

5. Consent & Binding Agreement

By submitting content via tags, DMs, email, uploads, or any form of contact with Hip Hop Fev3r, you:

  • Agree to all the terms listed above
  • Acknowledge and accept that we may use your content across our platforms and for promotional and monetization purposes
  • Release Hip Hop Fev3r from any liability related to content usage, distribution, and third-party claims

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not submit your content.
